At DeRosa Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new instrument or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your DeRosa Music account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Instrument

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging with all included manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
